jetbas Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the jetbas platform. All rules regarding account registration, bonuses, payments and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jetbas ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By creating an account or using the services on jetbas, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms.

01. General Provisions and Definitions

jetbas is an online gaming platform that provides various casino games, sports betting and fishing games for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services on the platform.

Key Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the jetbas website and all associated services.
  • "Member" refers to any person registered on jetbas.
  • "Account" refers to a member's personal gaming account.
  • "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or benefits provided by jetbas.
  • "Transaction" refers to any financial activity including deposits, withdrawals and bets.

jetbas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to inform members of important changes.

02. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register as a member and use the services on jetbas:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must be a real individual — accounts on behalf of corporate or artificial entities are not accepted.
  • You must register under your own name and identity; using another person's details is strictly prohibited.
  • You are not accessing the platform from a country or region where this type of gaming is prohibited by law.
  • You have not voluntarily enrolled yourself in any self-exclusion program of the organization.

If any member registers using false information, jetbas reserves the right to close that account at any time and forfeit the associated balance.

03. Account Registration and Security

One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately.

Password and Security

Keeping your account login details completely confidential is your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Never share your password with anyone.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.
  • Notify jetbas immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jetbas reserves the right to verify the identity of members to maintain a safe and transparent environment. We may request a national identity card, passport or other documents before processing a withdrawal or at any time. If a member does not provide the information, the withdrawal may remain on hold.

04. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on jetbas: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no additional charges for deposits.

  • Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • You must ensure that the deposit amount comes from a legitimate and valid source.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements for a bonus have been met.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • jetbas reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected.
  • If a withdrawal is cancelled or delayed, please contact the support team.

Anti-Money Laundering

jetbas is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we reserve the right to report it to the relevant authorities and may immediately suspend the associated account.

05. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers from jetbas are subject to specific conditions. You are requested to carefully read the relevant terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.

General Bonus Rules

  • After accepting a bonus, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements have been met.
  • Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.
  • The applicable validity period for receiving a bonus must be observed; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
  • jetbas reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned using that bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Program

The jetbas VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. As you move to a higher tier, the weekly cashback rate increases — Bronze: up to 0.4%, Silver: up to 0.8%, Gold: up to 1.1%, Platinum: up to 1.5%. VIP benefits are subject to change at the discretion of jetbas.

06. Restrictions on Platform Use

jetbas members must refrain entirely from the following activities:

  • Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
  • Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
  • Interfering with the platform's security systems or exploiting its vulnerabilities.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
  • Behaving in an offensive or threatening manner toward other members.
  • Impersonating jetbas staff.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account without prior warning, and the balance may be forfeited.

07. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on jetbas are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all games:

General Betting Rules

  • A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
  • If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, jetbas reserves the right to void the relevant round.
  • If a connection is lost during a game due to a disconnection, the result will be determined according to the server log.

Fair Play

All games on jetbas use a certified random number generator (RNG). Each game result is completely independent and is not influenced by previous results. We protect members' information and transactions through fair play and SSL encryption.

08. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The jetbas platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jetbas accepts no liability in the following cases:

  • Gaming disruptions or losses caused by internet disconnection.
  • Issues arising from errors or delays in third-party payment systems.
  • Temporary service interruptions due to technical problems.
  • Losses caused by problems with the user's own device or connection.
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.

jetbas will make efforts to resolve technical issues within a reasonable time. However, no guarantee is given that any service will be available at all times without interruption.

09. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content on the jetbas website — including logos, graphics, text, software and game interfaces — is covered by the intellectual property rights of jetbas or its licensors. Members must refrain from the following activities:

  • Copying, distributing or republishing any content from jetbas without permission.
  • Creating misleading materials using the jetbas logo or trademarks.
  • Reverse engineering the platform's software.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

jetbas is committed to protecting members' personal information. We use SSL encryption to keep all data and transactions secure. Please read our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how data is collected, used and protected.

Member data is used only for the purposes of improving services, identity verification and meeting legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties.

11. Responsible Gaming

jetbas places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

  • If you experience any issues related to gaming, please contact our support team.
  • Members may request a temporary break or permanent closure of their account.
  • Only those aged 21 years or older may use the platform.

12. Account Closure and Termination

Termination by the Member

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance will be given before the account is closed, though withdrawal terms will still apply.

Termination by jetbas

jetbas may close an account without prior warning in the following cases:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Committing fraud or illegal activity.
  • Registering with false information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Deliberate abuse of bonuses.

13. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please first contact our customer service team. We provide support in Bengali 24/7 and will try to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

  • After a complaint is submitted, we will complete an investigation within a reasonable time.
  • Disputes will be resolved with the agreement of both parties.
  • You are requested to pursue all alternative avenues before taking formal legal action.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between jetbas and the member. Any prior oral or written statements are replaced by this agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared legally invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

Language

The original language of these Terms and Conditions is Bengali. Any translated version is provided for informational purposes only; in case of interpretation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
